DEPOSIT POLICY

A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee is required to book your appointment.
The deposit will be used towards the total price of your service. Remaining balance can be paid in CASH/PayNow/PayLah.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

You can reschedule no less than 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
I understand some things just happen, so the $20 deposit may be transferable one time to secure a future appointment after that a new deposit is required.

LATE POLICY

Please do not show up to your appointment 15 - 20 minutes early because we will need to do thorough sanitisation in between clients.
There is a 10 minutes grace period for all appointments. After 10 minutes of being late there will be an additional $5 late fee added onto your total. (If you have an 11am appointment, at 11:11 am the late fee is applied.)
After 15 minutes of being late there will be an additional $10 late fee added onto your total. (If you have an 11am appointment, at 11:16 am the late fee is applied.)
After 20 minutes of being late, your appointment will be cancelled. (If you have an 11am appointment, at 11:21 your appointment is cancelled.)

Please leave in enough time to account for potential traffic, accidents, and other life occurrences.

REFIL POLICY

Refills are recommended after you get a set. You should receive a refill every 2-3 weeks depending on your lash growth cycle.
Refills are only 2-3 weeks, if it is prolonged after 3 weeks you will have to book a full set.
You have t0 book a FULL SET + REMOVAL after 2x refills. This is for the health and longevity of your natural lashes.
If you are unsure what a fill looks like, please free free to contact us prior to booking. If you booked for a refill but need a full set, you will be charged accordingly.
If you are not 100% happy with the result of your lashes OR you have any major lash fall-outs, please notify me within the first 3 days and I will provide a complimentary correction within 3 days of your last appointment.

AFTER-HOUR/DAY OFF APPOINTMENTS

If we're fully booked or you are looking to book an appointment before/after my listed work hours or our days off, after-hour appoints are available upon request. Please contact us & I will personally schedule your appointment. These appointments are based on my availability for an additional charge of $15.

Our policies are non-negotiable & apply to each client so please read this thoroughly before scheduling. by booking a service with us & paying the non-refundable $20 deposit fee, you have read & agreed to the terms listed above & understand all fees & polices stated.
